Youth Organizing

We are committed to working with the College Democrats and Young Democrats to develop programming and guidance that will help turn today's first-time voters into the elected officials and party officers of tomorrow.

High School Democrats

Chairman Kennedy and our staff are committed to launching high school Democratic Clubs across Alabama. If you know of a faculty or staff member willing to advise a high school club, please email Executive Director Bradley Davidson at bradley@aladems.org.

College Democrats

We're already hard at work organizing College Democrats chapters at every four-year college in the state with the two-year colleges on the agenda for next year. We're also paying special attention to our Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Young Democrats

The Alabama Young Democrats are a youth for Democrats from ages 18 to 36. Think of it as the College Dems post-grad program! The Birmingham Young Democrats host regular meetings for the Birmingham Metro Area, and we're going to start working on getting Young Dems groups organized for young professionals across the state. If you're interested in helping start a chapter in your county or city, please e-mail AYD President Beau Butts. Be sure to follow the Young Democrats on Facebook!
